The Revor Guarantee

1. Our guarantee applies to manufacturing or material faults for a period of 10 years. It does not cover damage caused by rough handling, exposure to extreme heat or humidity, an unstable bed base or faulty installation.
2. You may notice a slight settling of the mattress during the first month. This is a natural phenomenon for all types of mattresses and is not covered by our warranty or guarantee.
3. This guarantee covers either repair or replacement at our discretion.
4. Transport costs are covered by latex bedding co for the first 12 months

Getting the best from your Revor Mattress

Revor is known for its quality products which are made from the highest quality materials. However, the endurance of your mattress and the quality of your sleep depend on the standard of care and use.
We recommend that you:

1. Rotate your mattress initially after 2 weeks then every 3 to 6 months. Latex mattresses do not need to be flipped over.
2. Do not use the handles to carry the mattress. These are designed for turning only.
3. Always keep your mattress on a suitable base in good condition that supports it correctly. A fixed or flexible slat base is ideal.
4. With normal use, you can expect your latex mattress to last for over 20 years.
